In the latest episode, ‘Research is not a Scary Word’, Chris Reed speaks with Barbara Beacham about the formation of a Bowen Research Collaboration comprising the Bowen Therapy Federation of Australasia, Bowen Association Australia, Bowen Training Australia, Oncology Massage Training and Oncology Massage Global. The goal is to foster research capacity building in the various Bowen organisations and in their members.
Barbara is an International Research Capacity Building Leadership Fellow at the University of Technology Sydney (UTS). In this talk she shares her enthusiasm and vision for Bowen therapists to join the world of research, with the assistance of researchers in complementary medicine from Australian Research Centre in Complementary and Integrative Medicine (ARCCIM), UTS Sydney.
